Alliance members care about America’s economy and are working to secure it for future generations. Says Jill Qauckenbush of Greenfield, IN, “I have never seen it so hard for working folks to just pay the rent and get the basics.” Quackenbush is a retired auto-worker and mother of four. “These past eight years have made just getting by almost impossible and I don’t think the country could survive another four.”
The Retiree Roadrunner is visiting retiree town hall meetings, pancake breakfasts, community events about the high price of heating oil, and other outreach events throughout America’s heartland so that retirees get the facts about the economy and this election.

Retiree Roadrunner is sponsored by
the Alliance for Retired Americans, with a
mission to ensure social and economic justice
and full civil rights for all citizens so that
they may enjoy lives of dignity, personal and
family fulfillment and security.
