The "privatization of health and nutrition services by Indiana state government and the impact on seniors, people with disabilities and low-income families" will be discussed during an event at 10 a.m. today in the Center Township trustee's office, 1200 E. Main St., according to a press release.
Elmer Blankenship, president of the Indiana alliance for Retired Americans, will talk as part of the national "Retiree Roadrunner" program that is trying to educate seniors about changes in health care and other services, along with 2008 election issues.
